All damaged products should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please read our policy mentioned below for artworks/handicrafts/photographs/collectibles.
All the sellers at ArtVault Site are well screened by our team before they are brought on board. ArtVault endeavours to ensure that the products you buy from our Site are genuine, authentic products and are sold by well reputed and honourable sellers. Therefore, ArtVault does not accept any returns unless the product received is damaged. We also extend all the warranties, guarantees as entailed in the Products by the seller to you. It is however clarified that ArtVault seeks to ensure the aforesaid only on a best endeavour basis and does not assure or provide any personal warranties or assumes any liability or responsibility pertaining to the genuineness and authenticity of the products and/or the seller, for which the seller shall be solely responsible and liable.
In case the product is reached in damaged condition the Buyer should immediately notify ArtVault by sending images, and description of the damage at: customercare@artvault.co.in along with a scanned copy of the invoice. We would then investigate the issue to confirm the bona fides. If the product is determined to have been damaged in transit, you would get a full credit of the artwork cost paid by you. Before making a return, please ensure that you have reported the damaged product to ArtVault and received a return approval. We would credit your account, from which the payment was made or the account furnished at the time of filing returns request, as may be applicable, within 7 to 10 days after approval of your refund request.
(Note: It is our policy that in the event of a disagreement, Artvault holds the right to make the final call on all returns. We would not be able to process any returns if it is not reported within the stipulated time period i.e. 48 hours.)
Return Process:
Before making a return, ensure that you have reported and the damaged product to ArtVault and have received a return approval.
Returns can be done by following these simple steps:
- All returns should be applied for within 48 hours of original delivery. In case you do not raise a refund claim using Website features within the stipulated time then this would make you ineligible for a refund.
- In order to make a return, fill out the returns form (given below) included it with the artwork package, explaining the reason for the return.
- Keep your item packed in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request form.
- The return address will be duly intimated to you
- Our logistics partner will pick up the same from the delivery address where the product was originally delivered.
- We will typically issue your refund within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the package and approval of refund request
You, as a Buyer, understand that the Return and Refund Facility may not be available in full or in part for certain category of products and/or Transactions as mentioned in the Policies and hence You may not be entitled to a refund in respect of the Transactions for those products and /or services.
