LEGAL NOTICES

All notices, requests, claims, demands and other communications shall be in writing. Such notices shall be given in one of the following

(i) by delivery in person
(ii) by a nationally recognized courier service,
(iii) by first class, registered or certified mail, postage prepaid,
(iv) by facsimile or
(v) by electronic mail

All notices intended to be sent as mentioned in para (i) to (iii) shall be sent at the registered office at Artvault India, C – 124 Lajpat Nagar Part 2 Ground Floor New Delhi -110024, India

Notices intended to be sent as mentioned in para (iv) shall be sent at no.

Notices intended to be sent as mentioned in para (v) shall be sent at registered mail at: legal@artvault.co.in

Notices so given shall be effective upon (i) actual receipt, or (ii) on the 5th (fifth) day following mailing, whichever occurs first.
