BREATH

My work is representation of how mankind is always trying to cohabitate in our natural environment. Since I belong to a place where I am more connected with the nature, the same reflects in my artwork too. Its a representation of things I experience in my surroundings.
I use various symbols, juxtaposed it with form of a tree and seeds. A seed is start of life and a good seed is almost formal requirement for a better life, which always plays an important role in next generation of trees.
Knowledge and experience is passed from one generation to next, but certain changes due to modernisation has overtaken the orthodox methodology or previous generation’s experience which will lead to destruction. There should be a balance of both.
I also find interest in the changes that occur in the visual of my surroundings due to sunlight and shadows. Two opposite things i.e. light and shadow are very much connected to each other and the changes that occur between the both feels more poetic and metaphorical to me.
